Hair Donations – Before & After

Yesterday was the big day! 4 hair cuts done in 6 hours, although only 2 of us donated our hair.  We knew M’s hair would be too short, but L’s was close.  Had he grown it out another 2-3″ it would have been long enough, but I don’t think I would have tolerated it any longer!!

 Tomorrow I’ll package the hair up in the ziploc bags and padded envelopes to mail on Monday.  It would be nice to hear from the child who receives a wig with our hair but it takes hair from many donors to make 1 wig.

Wonder how long it will take to grow my hair out long enough to donate again!
